Track Shelf Life After Opening

The developers are always adding helpful new features to InvenDo. I recently discovered that the app can now track how long a product keeps after it has been opened.

For example, a carton of juice may say that it should be consumed within three days of opening. I used to forget exactly when I had opened it and then try to work out how many days it had already been sitting in the fridge.

Now I mark the juice as Opened in its product card and enter a new use-by date. The card shows two dates: the product’s original expiry date and its new use-by date after opening. This means I can always see both dates and know when I need to finish the juice.

In InvenDo, you can mark a product as opened and set a separate shelf life for it after opening. This helps you keep track of opened products and use them in time.

For me, it is a small but very useful feature. Now I no longer have to wonder when I opened the juice or whether it is still safe to drink!
